How It Works
A Digital Gift Card lets them choose the wallet, key organiser or accessory that suits their day. Delivery is instant, so it is perfect for those moments that arrive sooner than expected.
- Choose your amount - Select a value from the menu.
- Receive by email - A separate email arrives with the unique code and simple instructions. When buying for someone else, select to send it as a gift or forward the email. You can also print it as a card.
- Redeem at checkout - Enter the code at checkout. The order total will update. Any remaining balance stays on the card for next time.
Delivery
- Digital only: Sent by email to the purchaser by default. You can send it as a gift to the recipient, forward it to them. via email or print.
- Timing: Usually arrives within a few minutes. If you do not see it, check Promotions or Junk folders.
- Resend: If you lose the email, we can resend it to the original purchaser.

- Expiry: Valid for 3 years from purchase.
- Fees: No activation or maintenance fees.
- Cash: Not redeemable for cash.
- Refunds: Orders paid with a gift card are refunded to the same card.
- Discounts: Can be used together with promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise.
- Security: Treat your code like cash. We can assist the original purchaser with re‑issuing if the code has not been used.

Can I split the balance across multiple orders?
Yes. Any unused balance remains on the card until it is zero.
What happens if I return an item bought with a gift card?
The amount goes back to the same gift card.
I cannot find my gift card email.
Check Promotions and Junk folders, then contact us and we will resend to the original purchaser.
