Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to most countries. Available services and rates are shown at checkout for your address.

How long until my order ships?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order leaves our atelier. Tracking updates can take 12–24 hours to appear.

Can I change the shipping address after ordering?

Send us a message as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. If the parcel has not shipped, we will update it.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes where carrier services allow. Options appear at checkout.

Will I pay duties or taxes?

Local duties and taxes may apply outside Australia and are the responsibility of the recipient. Your carrier will advise if anything is due.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return window?

We make returns and exchanges easy - send us a message and we’ll arrange next steps.

Our two-year warranty covers faults or workmanship issues.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Send us a message with your order number, the item you’re returning and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.

Who pays return shipping?

For change‑of‑mind returns, the buyer covers return shipping. For approved warranty issues, we’ll advise next steps and cover costs where applicable.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds typically post to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Warranty

How long is the warranty?

Two years from the date of purchase against manufacturing faults in materials or workmanship under normal use.

What is covered?

Our craftsmanship, premature stitching failure or defective hardware.

What is not covered?
Wear from normal use, patina or colour change, scratches, accidental damage, heat or chemical exposure, or third‑party alterations.

How do I make a claim?

Send us a message with your order number, photos and a short description. We’ll guide you through the process.

Products & Materials

What leather do you use?

Australian kangaroo leather, sourced through Packer Leather, a fifth‑generation Brisbane tannery founded in 1891. Read Art of Kangaroo Leather for details.

Which metals do you use?

Grade 5 Titanium for the Money Clip and Key Organiser Multi‑tool. Solid Brass for Key Organiser hardware. See Materials that Endure for more information.

Why do I see small marks on my leather?

Kangaroo is a wild hide. Natural markings are normal and become part of the patina.

Do you offer personalisation/monogramming?

Yes, on all our kangaroo leather goods. Take a look.

Care & Repair

How do I care for my wallet or organiser?

Wipe with a soft dry cloth. For light marks, use a slightly damp cloth and allow it to dry naturally away from heat.

Should I condition the leather?

Kangaroo leather requires minimal care. Condition it only when it feels dry. Use a neutral conditioner sparingly and test first in a hidden spot.

Can you repair my item?

Yes. We offer stitch reinforcement, edge touch‑ups, hardware replacement and money clip replacement where applicable.

How do I request a repair?

Send us a message with your order number, clear photos and a short description.

Do you have local repair partners?

Not currently. We’re working on this. In the meantime, send us a message and we will assist.
